Uya123 is more than just a domain name. To us, it represents a commitment to the hundreds of thousands of Malaysians looking for an online entertainment platform that truly understands who they are, how they think, and what they need from a betting and casino gaming experience. From day one, uya123 made a clear decision — we didn't want to be a global platform that simply translates its interface into Bahasa Melayu and leaves Malaysian users to sort out payments, support and trust on their own. We want to be a platform that's genuinely Malaysian, inside and out.
Uya123's journey began over a decade ago when our founders identified a significant gap in Malaysia's online betting market. The international platforms available at the time didn't support local payment methods well, their customer service wasn't in Bahasa Melayu, and the overall experience felt foreign to local users. They saw an opportunity to build something different — a platform that puts Malaysian players' needs first, above everything else. That was the starting point of uya123, and that original spirit still guides every decision we make today.
Today, uya123 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted Sports Betting and online casino platforms. We cover sports betting across the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and international cricket series including the IPL and T20 World Cup; esports including MPL Malaysia (Mobile Legends), Dota 2, CS2, and Valorant; and an Online Casino with over 800 slot games, Live Casino with real dealers, online Poker, and much more — all in one easy-to-use platform, with a Bahasa Malaysia interface and customer support that understands local context.
"We believe every Malaysian player deserves a platform that is safe, fair and easy to use — in their own language, with the payment methods they use every day."
— uya123 Management Team
One of the things uya123 members most consistently highlight in their reviews is how seamless our deposit and withdrawal system is. In Malaysia, most people already use Touch 'n Go eWallet to pay tolls, GrabPay for food, and DuitNow to transfer money to friends. uya123 recognised this and made sure all the most popular local digital payment methods are fully available on our platform. That means you can deposit into your uya123 account using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow QR, or online banking via FPX — covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and all other major Malaysian banks. Deposits are credited within seconds, and winning withdrawals are processed in as little as 15 to 60 minutes.
Security is at the core of everything we do at uya123. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for additional account security, and our security team monitors the platform around the clock to detect any suspicious activity. Your personal data will never be shared, sold or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. This isn't just a statement in a privacy policy — it's a daily practice we carry out consistently.
Uya123 also takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that betting and casino games should be a source of fun and entertainment, not stress or financial hardship. That's why we provide a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools for every member — including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits you can set yourself, configurable loss limits, a cooling-off period you can activate at any time, and a self-exclusion option for members who feel they need to step away entirely for a while. All these tools are easily accessible from your account settings, with no need to contact customer support first.
Uya123's Bahasa Melayu-speaking customer support team is one of our greatest points of pride. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and WhatsApp — no days off, no long wait times. Our team is made up of Malaysians who understand local context, gaming slang and how to communicate in a way that feels natural to our users. So when you have a question — whether it's about how to use a particular feature, the status of your withdrawal, or any technical issue — you'll be speaking with someone who genuinely understands your situation and can offer real assistance, not just a standard script.
On the Sports Betting side, uya123 goes well beyond the major European leagues. We make sure local Malaysian football gets the coverage it deserves — the Malaysia Super League, Premier League, Malaysia Cup and national team fixtures are all listed with competitive odds and a wide range of markets. This matters to us because we understand how important local football is to Malaysians, and we want to ensure Malaysia Super League fans get just as good an experience on our platform as EPL fans do.
Uya123's online casino features over 800 games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming and NetEnt. Our slots library covers popular titles such as Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Starlight Princess and hundreds more, spanning a wide variety of themes and game mechanics. Our Live Casino section hosts Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Sic Bo tables run by professionally managed real dealers — the closest experience to a real casino you can enjoy from the comfort of your home in Malaysia. Our online poker offering includes Texas Hold'em, Omaha and a variety of daily tournaments with highly rewarding prize pools.
